Having been back 4 times, I have tried various iterations of the Karmic cleanses and enjoyed all of them. Definitely helped my inflamed digestive system, break the sugar craving cycle, but still feel satisfied. I feel so much better. Had never tried any kind of cleanse before but found I quickly enjoyed them and even miss some of the juices/soups when finished. All soups are tasty, and the juices I look forward to are Leafy Greens, Berry Digestive, Morning Zing. I cannot believe I even have come to enjoy Red Raw. Bee Pollen almond milk is post dinner favourite. Recommend ++
