2 days was enough for me. At the time I never felt hungry, expected my bowls to clear out but didn’t which is fine.
I had one most of I give but pushed through and afterwards felt amazing, the inflammation had left my body, I had energy and it was a great reset as I was craving fruit and vegetables while doing the cleanse, which was a reminder that’s what my body wants.
I’ll keep cleansing every now and then. I thought it was great.
My advice, start with a day or 2 and work your way up the next time. I had friends that bought 5 days and gave up in the end.
Ps. Juices all tasted delicious just a few were very celery tasting 😳
Also my skin has not looked that good in years! I was glowing!
