I am very impressed with the company! My order was delivered one week earlier than scheduled. I was notified daily to track the shipping progress. Even though I live in Honolulu Hawaii, their service was spot on! Everything I ordered was professionally packed with foam, bubble wrap, and cardboard. This was my second order with Seven Barrels and I'm very happy with their products! The olive oils and balsamic vinegars are all tasty. My favorite balsamic is the cucumber flavor. It's light, crisp and has a hint of sweetness. In my recent order I'm trying out some new flavors of their oils and vinegaretts!

I love the suggestions of the pairings. I used a combination of the blood orange oil and the pomegranate vinegar as a marinade for a baked salmon fillet - it got rave reviews! I’ll keep trying the pairings you suggest and create some of my own.

The items are all of a very high quality and well packaged and shipped very quickly. I was able to make a gift box for my daughter which was nice because it was mix and match instead of just one choice. I would buy from them again in a New York second.

Everything I've ordered from Seven Barrels has been a success! The olive oil is flavorful and the vinegaretts are so tasty. I particularly like the cucumber balsamic vinegar, it's mild, light, with a hint of sweetness. I particularly use the oils and vinegaretts on my salads to make a healthy and delicious dressing! Also, the company is efficient and communicates well with all orders. I get tracking information daily so I know when my order will be delivered. I live in Hawaii, so free shipping is important!
