Love this because first and foremost I can move my arms again! Any lady that has arthritis and now post menopause, this is a game changer. Hips, knees, shoulders and hands. So much relief. Definitely recommend. Flavour is neutral so easy to take first thing in the morning with juice or coconut water. 10 out of 10 from me.
