Wine Chips

I had a great experience with the concierge however I am frustrated because I have no idea when the gift I am sending will be shipped. I asked the concierge and he could not tell me - not his fault. I could not reflect my frustration in the concierge review. Is there anyone who can tell me when it will be shipped??? I have been charged.

I was disappointed that there was bot an area to leave a gift message I will have to tell the person in advance to expect a gift being delivered

I really appreciate how Mr. Chris C, always replies to my queries so quickly. He’s definitely an asset to your organization and is always so very courteous and professional!!! He has made me a truly satisfied customer, thanks!!!

Ordering can be a little confusing at times and had a few mishaps but that being said when having to step up you have exceeded my expectations and I have been grateful for that.

the product is very tasty, different from the other brand. But they made some mistake, keep sending more package I didn't order.
