Absolutely cracking rib-eye from Vic’s Meat! The 450 g grass-fed cut was beautifully tender, with a rich, buttery flavour that really delivers. Whether pan-seared or chucked on the BBQ.
Came out succulent and soft, with that perfect balance of beefiness and melt-in-the-mouth juiciness. You can tell the cattle were pasture-raised in NSW, and the freshness absolutely shines through. Great OG Aussie steak night material.
The portion was generous, the texture spot on and the taste genuinely premium. Would happily serve this to mates or family perfectly cooked medium-rare, a good sprinkle of salt and pepper, and you’re laughing. I’ll definitely be buying again.
