Proactive customer service!
Due to a delay at the shipper I got my shipment on Monday rather than Friday. Here’s the cool part. TGK sent me an email notifying me of the delay and let me know the delivery would be unusable. I didn’t have to reach out to them and argue to get a credit. They monitored the shipping process and had already identified there would be a problem. Kudos! Often you tell the most about a company by how they deal with problems. TGK dealt with this problem with flying colors! Thank you for being proactive and making things right!
