After learning about Portuguese hand harvested sea salt on an episode of Michael Portillo's TV show, we tracked some down to try for ourselves from Sous Chef. . . and never looked back! Its taste elevates even the simplest of dishes. We wouldn't be without it now. Great price and super quick delivery, too.
