Sodastream UK

My subscription was due and I needed the gas but I had unfortunately not updated my address since moving back into my house following the remodel. I called up and spoke to a lovely lady who helped me get the gas to the correct address in a very timely manner. Every time I've had to contact the customer support they have been great.

I wrote to advise I was unable to fit the gas cylinder in my soda stream. The young advisor wrote back and offered to do a video call so that she could see the problem. She was extremely helpful, the following day I received a new machine. I call that excellent service, thank you.

This was my sons number one birthday present

I looked at all the Soda Streams but decided to just go for the classic basic one which has been used many times and provides great fizz to our water!

I am signed up to the gas exchange and was due to receive 2 full canisters for 2 empties but I received something entirely different (see photo) but I contacted Sodastream and they were very helpful and apologetic but did send the correct order Thank you Sodastream
