Sayersbrook Bison Ranch

Very good elk steaks

More familiar with bison and it was outstanding. The lean quality of the bison was evident. First time to have elk , the filets were good, the elk burgers seemed dry when compared to bison burger.

Arrived on time and in good condition, still waiting to try some.

Excellent service

Arrived still frozen and on time.
