I purchased several natural lip balm flavor oils and they are all great. Authentic taste with no chemical or bad aftertaste. The customer service is also great. I had several orders and need them rushed and customer service combined the orders for me and everything came at the same time.

i did not receive my original order shipped with the post office. Newport offered to replace it with Fedex shipping at no additional charge, and i received the product just fine. Product is good and the price is certainly right.
