The team at MoccaMaster was so helpful with my question about a broken carafe lid, and Ivy was so thoughtful in sending materials when I reported that I'd already purchased a replacement. I am thoroughly impressed by this company's products, as well as the high level of customer service to support them.

After the first week using the KBT we are still trying to dial in the correct grind and amount of coffee to use. But am sure we will get there. We received the product much sooner than we expected. Thank You!
