Miyoko's Creamery

It’s delicious but, I think I like the Oat Milk butter even more! Wish it was totally coconut oil free though.

Miyoko's Pourable Cashew Milk Mozzarella and spreadable Oat Milk Butter are staples in our fridge. The Mozzarella is known as "liquid cheese" here, and following Grammy's example, our 7 year-old grandson scrambles his own eggs with liquid cheese. The Oat Milk Butter is wonderful on everything we spread it on, especially gluten free toast.

We have severe food allergy issues in my family, and when I reached out to ask for specific information about a certain product's ingredients, the Miyoko team researched my questions and provided the information we needed to know their product is safe for us. . . . . most companies, sadly, are not as helpful - a big thank you to Miyoko. . . . and we love their products!

I was shocked at how much I’ve liked Miyoko’s Creamery products. Because of Alpha Gal Syndrome I needed to give up dairy and I started with the butter. I actually wish I would have tired their butter years ago, I actually like it better as it melts so well. The pepper jack cheese isn’t as good by itself as “real” cheese is in my opinion, but it too melts great and is really good on sandwiches. I’ve been happy with everything I’ve tried so far!
