This sauce has every savory component in it that you need to make the most fabulous seafood dishes. I’ve made the Shrimp and Gritz recipe several times and my family & guests said it’s the best they’ve ever had. We’re doing a Low Country Boil next week and you can bet Chilau Sauce will be used!!

Let me just say these are some top notch seasonings. I love how the flavors just pop when you bite into the meat. I definitely will try again and recommend others.
