Maine Lobster Now

My seafood arrived frozen and as ordered. Tasted great.

Great customer service, easy ordering and fresh products. Our friends in Chicago were very impressed how well the lobsters and steamers were packed, and tasted! Will definitely order again!

Holy cow, what great service, packaging and directions on the best way of cooking and handling. And they were fresh and climbing around and on top of all that they were delicious.

Everything was great as usual.

We had a panic when UPS said our order had been delivered but it was not. We knew of a house with the same street number and similar name so we drove over to see if had been delivered there. By then the dispatcher had reached the drive and yes it was delivered to the wrong address. The drive had gone back and retrieved the package and was coming to our house with it when we intercepted her and retrieved the package. It was nice to have Maine Lobster to offer to immediately send a replacement order.
