I was concerned about this product getting to the recipient on time as I had ordered it during the Christmas season. Although there were some slight delays, I had a voicemail from customer service letting me know about the delay which I appreciated. The product was packaged very well and was in great condition upon arrival.

Delivery was delayed because of a snow storm. I was notified by email and by telephone call from a lovely human. Fortunately the weather was cold, and the fish was still very cold when it arrived a day late.
