Great coffee at a great price

Like the Crema e Aroma. But had issues with delivery. My order confirmation said I’d be notified when the order shipped. I didn’t get a notification. After a week I emailed asking when the order would ship and did not get a response. After another week I emailed again and no response again. So I thought my order was lost. I called then to follow up and was told my order should arrive that day. The order did arrive that day so was relieved. This would not have been a problem if I was notified as was normally the case for previous orders. Think someone dropped the ball. Hope it was a one-off because I really enjoy Lavazza coffees and the pricing they offer.

Shipping continues to be faster than I expect. Customer service has been fantastic the few times I've had to contact them.
