If I were a rich man I'd buy this all the time. It's rare that bread companies have products that actually tell the truth about their claims. I had a piece of this "pizza" bread at dinner with salted butter as a side and well my chicken and bread combo did NOT raise my glucose up too much. Made me happy. It's also really good tasting like it's home made. I think the only suggestion would be maybe the company can sell the dough so folks could make other things with it besides a flat bread. This could easily be made into Nan with butter, garlic and parsley quite easily. The selling of the dough would give folks more options like dinner rolls or making it into a cinnamon bun. Just some thoughts. Thank you for an excellent product. When I have the money I'll buy more for sure. Also, their customer care here is very very good, much appreciated that!
