Didn't realize mugs came from different locations by different carriers and packaging was different as well, but I was kept informed of arrival.

My experience with the Hanks:ters has been terrific! My own hat showed up with the H missing! 🤣 Kate, was on it and very sweet about getting me a replacement. As it was not going to get to me in time for my trip home (S. M. ), I fixed my cap so that I would be able to wear it while I was visiting!
