I’ve just completed the 5 day Exalt Cleanse and have absolutely loved so much about it. They taste great, I had good energy throughout and continued to work out as normal. The fact that I didn’t have to think about what I was eating every day eased that decision fatigue as a busy working mum of 3. I genuinely felt full and the protein shakes were brilliant at keeping hunger at bay. This was the first time I have managed to stick to a cleanse without falling off the wagon usually due to feel starved! I will definitely order again and I’m going to order some protein shakes to have in my fridge at all times for when life gets busy and I need a quick pick me up.

Have tried 4 or 5 different companies, and these are by far the nicest ones. I have done a couple of weekend juice days, and felt so much better after and had more energy, and dont get hungry with them either.

I have tried other juice cleanses, but always gave up after Day 2, because I felt starved. With EXALT I honestly never felt hungry, or had food cravings. What I particularly like about this system is the fact I am not compromising my protein intake. Additionally, I appreciate the after cleanse advice they provide. I will definitely use EXALT again!!

These smoothies are so much more filling than others I have had and full protein, great for gym days.
