I had a good experience with the 5 day cleanse, it helped with my over eating and I learnt that I ate before without being hungry. Most of the drinks were tasty. Only negative is it is more pricy than the other companies I usually use for cleanses but overall I would consider buying again

Shipping was good info was good on the juices but maybe I would’ve liked a looose guide on what ones to drink when? Even tho I know the body doesn’t have a clock for certain ingredients etc. E. g ashwaghanda for evening makes sense Or caffeine for morning But wasn’t sure when and how to fit the juices in with the smoothies sometimes

Really enjoyed all the juices and I tried as part of the cleanse. Flavours were good and I didn’t dread drinking these as I have with other juice based cleanses. Generally felt much less bloated than usual and lost 0. 5kg in 3 days. Will definitely be doing this again, when I’m in need of a reset.
