Prompt delivery well packaged and cool packs still part frozen on delivery

ordered a selection of pies and pasties which arrived box open it looked like who ever packed them didn’t put the tape across the edges properly , luckily the delivery was caught on my ring door and cctv cameras unfortunately there were 3 items missing. I contacted customer service who were very helpful I sent the footage in to them and they refunded for the missing items . My favourite has to be the chicken and leek pie which i really enjoyed the steak pasties and pies were nice some had more filling then others but overall I would order again.
