Such a great decision making a big purchase like the La Marzacco Mini and a Eureka W75 grinder with Chris’ Coffee. The customer service was exceptional right from the beginning. I worked with Mark Bagnoli and he is a true professional. He explained everything thoroughly from the get go and provided very accurate estimates on shipping. What impressed me the most is the customer service he provided after I received my order and ran into some issues with my grinder screw. He first tried to troubleshoot with me and then quickly sent a replacement grinder. All of this was handled and replacement received within 3 days. I love this coffee! I first had it at a breakfast restaurant in Lake George and asked where they got it and I have been buying it ever since. I live in Ct and pay just as much for the shipping as I do for the coffee, I love it that much.
