The taste of the pasta made with two simple ingredients was a hit around the house. I was really impressed with the customer service when I contacted them about an issue that they were kind enough to resolve in my favor.

I can eat any kind of pasta, but my husband needs gluten-free. For years, I have eschewed pasta completely because I didn’t like the few gluten-free brands I tried. Then I chanced on Chickpea spirals at my local co-op because I’d made some fresh tomato sauce and really craved pasta. The Chickpea pastas happened to be on special, but I was immediately impressed with the ingredients. What, only TWO, AND ORGANIC? It seemed too good also to be delicious. However you do it, the ingredients are inspired, and the taste and texture are first rate, with or without sauce. I’ve even taken to ordering spirals by the case directly from Chickpea. Kudos to the Chickpea team!
