Waited over a month for delivery! No communication on shipping or delay. Multiple emails and phone messages left but no response. After a month Giavanni answered phone and promised updates and quick delivery. Had to contact him several times before getting results. Was promised overnight delivery and extra boxes of products and/or reduction of price; neither was given! I received original order 6 days after waiting a month and no compensation as promised. Products are excellent and of high quality and I strongly recommend them to many. I’m still waiting for the promised extra boxes of products!!!! George gtf909@gmail.com
