I did have a couple of hiccups in the beginning and the customer service truly made up for this prior experience. I have ordered from Venus Et Fleur and they don't even come close to the products Rose Box offers. The quality is there, packaging was amazing (no need to worry about UPS/Fedex throwing your boxes around), the scent of the flowers were wonderful. Thank you so much <3
