I had ordered the wrong printhead because I wasn’t aware that my Zebra printer was the 300 DPI model. Aaron took the time to check my printer’s serial number and quickly identified the correct part number I needed. His communication was prompt, professional, and very helpful throughout the process.
Although I had to place a new order for the correct printhead, I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and technical support. Thank you for helping me find the right part. I look forward to receiving it and will definitely consider purchasing from The ZPS Store again
