I bought the zPen-HD Video Recorder with Audio and 32GB of Memory. The engineering is of excellent quality. I have been a Software Engineer for more than 20 years, and I know quality work when I see it. The Sound is Perfect--the best I have seen. The video color is excellent, but the device fails somewhat during rapid movement of the pen (the image gets blurry and distorted). But if you move SLOWLY, the video is excellent. It LOOKS about 2 feet higher than I imagined so I had to adjust (it takes some learning). But, overall, it is an excellent product!

This camera gives me some peace of mind. My mom will be coming home soon after breaking her hip and now I can keep an eye on her without checking in on her constantly. The angle of the camera is advertised at 150 degrees but it does not seem that wide to me. However, that being said I am impressed with the ease of installation and the video quality. I plan on purchasing two more to put in strategic places to keep a better eye on my mom around the house.

Awesome product it's so user friendly that I was absolutely blown away. It's installation versatility is outstanding. Thank you for a good product.

I can appreciate the fact that there is someone to speak to about your issues I did have a defective product but they were willing to refund entirely with no questions asked and the product was great I think I just received a faulty one
