Customer Service was excellent. When I called I didn't know exactly what I was going to need for a solution. They were able to walk me through and get a good description of what I needed. Then they were able to explain why they were recommending the specific products.

So far so good. Can’t really complain as I think I have better service than I did with the other one with the 4” antenna.

Customer service was very polite and helpful. Shipping was fast.
