I bought a new DC/AC power supply and it failed after a couple of weeks. The Wilson dealer in Houston replaced it promptly at no charge. Customer service was helpful and was based in the US.

Equipment we had prior lasted years. Only reason we replaced was to upgrade the outdoor antenna and add an extra indoor antenna My dad lives out in the sticks. Without one of these they have 0 signal and I would worry about him.

I turned out, not needing what I bought from them. They made the return very easy.

The signal amplifier worked as advertised.
