Equipment we had prior lasted years. Only reason we replaced was to upgrade the outdoor antenna and add an extra indoor antenna My dad lives out in the sticks. Without one of these they have 0 signal and I would worry about him.

I turned out, not needing what I bought from them. They made the return very easy.

The signal amplifier worked as advertised.

The package arrived on time. I started with the website and wasn't sure which one I needed and a representative called and answered my questions. He told me what I needed to do once it arrived. The service was great.
