Well, where do I start?! I can't say enough good things about The Music Room (TMR)! I had a pair of Klipschorn speakers that were in mint condition, but, couldn't find a buyer in my state. Then I discovered The Music Room (while searching Google for High End audio companies). Jerry Kall was my first contact with the company and I was impressed! He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and a pleasant personality. Then the hand off to Andy Conant to work out logistics. Again, impressed with his professionalism, positive attitude, and pleasant personality. The team who handle the local transport of the speakers was top notch! I was a little apprehensive at first, dealing with a company in another state, but, the process from start to finish was very professional, comfortable and reassuring that everything would be handled perfectly, in a very professional manner. AND IT WAS! I highly recommend The Music Room to anyone looking to sell or buy high end audio equipment!!

I have bought and sold gear with TMR several times (probably a half dozen or so each way) and with multiple TMR buyer-reps. All have been great to work with. All of the gear I have purchased has been used, ranging from just open box to a few years old (McIntosh amp and preamp). And all has been in perfect condition. Most recently I sold a pair of ZMF headphones, working with CJ--all went great as usual. Usually I take stuff down or pick up at their warehouse, but this time CJ sent me a Fedex shipping label, and that that was super easy. Fast payment with Paypal too. So anyway, if you have not tried TMR, I would say go for it, and see for yourself.
