Wrong size wanted men's not kids Trying to return sneakers having Problem's

Ordered xxl got a large my first order was right .

Placing the order was the easy part, after that I had nothing but a hassle trying to get my order. Issues on their end with the shipping address, after 7 attempted phone calls and getting cut off after all 7 times due to their crappy phone system. Finally after 3 emails I got someone's attention. Total transaction took 14 days. I never received confirmation the item had shipped, not a reply to my email requesting tracking number. Very poor communication system on their end. Will never use them again.

I would have liked to give a better review but I did not receive the correct item. Initially I reached out and it looked like they were going to correct the problem but they never did. I realize this review should be for the item but I think it's important for anyone thinking about buying this item from here to be aware that you might get the wrong item.
