X10 Pro Omni

I like this.

This has made my life so much easier! It vacuums and mops the floor, keeping it clean and free of dirt, dust, and fur. It's easy to set up and it's easy to clean. We just placed it and check it a couple of times each week to empty as needed. It doesn't take up a lot of space and doesn't draw too much energy.I am very happy with this and would recommend it to others. It has worked wonders in my home and I am glad I got it.

Edited: Eufy reached out and offered a full replacement and an over the net update. If you have an issue with your Omni pro, just email them and they can do a push update to get rid of bugs. Amazing customer service!I purchased the eufy X10 Pro Omni Robot Vacuum and Mop with high expectations, but unfortunately, it has been a major letdown. The vacuum brush stopped spinning just after a few uses, rendering it almost useless. It still vacuums but it doesn’t spin which makes it bad in carpet. It does not get between the individual dirt between the fibers. It’s basically just a mop for my hardwood floors.And it so call ai capabilities is horrible. It mops half my carpet rooms before realizing it’s on carpet and retracts the spinning mops hahaha. First time stepping on it when I got hop thing my wife spilt something before she yelled at me and told me it was my dumb mop machine.Also for the battery life is not the best. In my small home it has to charge twice just to fully clean my house.Don’t know if mine was a defective one because it was an early batch but it’s definitely wasn’t worth the money I paid just to mop my hardwood floor and some of my carpet floors.It’s only been used about 4 times before all the issues started happening.
