powerful robot vacuum that do it all

I splurge on this robot vacuum to save time cleaning. It has many features that make it hands-off. The self-empty and mop washing station is game changer.Pros:Strong suction pick up dirt wellMop pads clean floors nicelyStation empty dust bin and wash mop automaticallyAI navigation avoid obstacles and map roomsCons:Very expensive compare to other robot vacuumsLarge station take up significant floor spaceApp has learning curve and can be glitchyLoud when emptying dustbinThe auto lifting mop and carpet detection work great. No more worry about wet carpet. The AI obstacle avoidance is impressiv, rarely get stuck.Setup take some patience with mapping and app. But once done it clean on schedule with no effort. The clean and dirty water tanks last many sessions. Only need to refill and empty once in while.If you have budget this is top of line robot vacuum that really automate floor cleaning. It may be overkill for small home. But ideal for large house with kids and pets.

So easy to set up!

Not only is it so easy to set up but it’s so easy to use. The app is also amazing and lets you see the floor that’s mapped out, where it’s been cleaned, when it’s washing the mop pads, when you need to clean it. So awesome!

Very poor QC, but great CS

Last updated on 5/03/2024:The replacement has been working flawlessly for 5 days; if not for the lemon I get first, this x10 is almost the best mop/vac I have ever used(4 in all). It will not run into object on the way, will not go over thick cords and cannot get out, wash mop quite frequently, and make sure edges and areas around legs of furnitures are cleaned by circling around it multiple times, better than I would do. And great CS with real person answering the call with not much wait time.Update: contacted Eufy and they were quick to have a replacement on the way. I have many Eufy products, this is the first I have problem with, and it was a rare problem too, so I was willing to take a replacement instead of refund. Will update next after the replacement.I received my X10 yesterday; never had one product die on me the very first day!It was doing mapping fine last night, so I set up a daily routine to have it clean every day. This morning I heard it was going on but coming down the stairs only to find it is sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor - with no power!I tried many time to reset the connection, delete and re add the device, still coming back with the same message, error code 5021, robovac won't move at all.Totally disappointed, may want to return it even I had called and waiting for Eufy product support to find out the problem. But my experience all these years tells me, unless they send me a new one, this one will have the same problem in the future for sure.Will update the review.
