Roller Brush does not detangle

My Eufy X10 Pro Omni roller brush is always full of hair. It does not detangle itself as advertised...I have to clear it daily before each use.

Very Strong Dislike!

The robot hasn't been working right at all. I have done multiple mappings of my house. I have been very patient with it, but my wife says it has to go. We tell it to clean our room; it's on the opposite side of the house, and somehow it gets lost and just stops. One time I sent it home, and the next two days the app kept saying 1%. I go to the home base, and it's parked backwards. I have more stories. It's nice that everyone had a wonderful experience, BUT NOT I.

Unimpressed

It worked great for a week. And then it did not work at all after that. Technology failed. All around a not “state of the art” piece of equipment. Wouldn’t waste my money
