eufy X10 Pro Omni

Just arrived yesterday. Set up was easy and today was day one. I’m blown away. Granted it’s only been a day, and time will tell, but I am impressed. It mapped out the house within minutes (1400 sq. Feet) and was very accurate. It automatically sectioned off the rooms in the house for easily labeling. It completed its first run today between carpets and hardwood with awesome results. Getting it with the $200 off coupon sealed the deal. Compared to my shark, this robovac is a god. We call her Rosie!

From the unboxing experience to running the vacuum for the first time Eufy has created an experience that is truly a winner. First the unboxing is just easy and everything is packed well and shows off the quality of the product it protects. The setup is the easiest of all of the vacuums I have owned. The mapping was quick and close to precise in dividing rooms. Not perfect but very close. The app is full featured and easy to use. It has plenty of scheduling options and ways to control and interact with the robot and its base.The best feature of the robot is the obstacle avoidance. It is the best I have ever experienced. The navigation is fantastic. I love the LED for vacuuming in the dark. The suction power is great and it did a wonderful job vacuuming my carpets and tile floors. The mopping was better than my other robots as it was able to remove stains that the others could not. It does a great job of self emptying the bin and cleaning and drying the mop pads. I also like that the base station is smaller than others that I have owned and that the mop pad cleaning tray is completely removeable for easy cleanup.It is a well thought out device with a couple of drawbacks. The main one being that the hair detangler does not work quite as well as advertised. After vacuuming and mopping my house in deep clean mode with max suction, the brush was left with hair wrapped around the roller. Not alot but still not tangle free. The other being that the roller shoukd have been a mix of bristles and rubber blades for mixed floor types.For the price though this the best deal at the time of this review. It truly outshines the bigger named vacuums I have owned in the past. I highly recommend this vacuum to anyone looking for a robot vacuum that can mop and vacuum.

The X10 Pro Omni has so far been the best robovac we've had. It cleans the hard floors significantly better than other hybrid vacs and not having to think about frequently switching to the mop or vac modes is great. It also does not get caught on obstacles nearly as often as other vacs we have had. I have only had it a short time, so it remains to be seen how it stands up to regular use, but so far so good.

It was really easy to set up and I liked the picture step by step instructions even to just take it out of the box. This is definitely an upgrade from the 11s we had.The app is also great and it mapped out our place quickly. I like that it identifies rooms, then you can name them and then schedule for certain rooms to be cleaned in specific ways at specific times.I also ordered the cleaning solution since they say you can’t use just any solution. I do also wonder the difference there between that and plain waterBut there are some cons …1. The unit cleaning cycle (just after it cleans your place) is really loud.2. We have floor power receptacles and it won’t go on them because it thinks it is poop. And so far I can’t figure out how to tell it, no, you’re wrong, that isn’t poop3. The dust bags are actual disposable bags and it is unclear how long they will lastI love that I can clean different rooms on different schedules. I like that it also “mops” although I’ve only tried with water and not their custom cleaning solution.It cleans pretty well, but I don’t know that it cleans $500 better than our other one.
