Great Camera. Technical Support, Not So Much

This camera has fantastic resolution and performs well. The solar panel does a great job of keeping the battery charged. The app can be a little intimidating at first. More information would be nice on some of the app settings. I have tried to get an answer from the Eufy/Anker technical support for over a week now. They just keep sending me these scripted responses while never addressing my question. I assume they are using a third party company for their support. That’s the reason for the 4 star rating.

I like the fact that I can keep my house secure and manage my own data, but I don’t like how when you set up your system and your panels have maximum exposure and then after a couple of months, the panels absorption rate decreases.

Good resolution and wide angle camera

I like the resolution and lens quality and Easy to setup. Customer service needs to be more responsive as I still not aware of how to setup the AI face detection and been asking for a week. Thanks
