Check your boxes when you receive them!
We bought three of these cameras beginning of December. While this may be our own fault, we finally had a nice day. The beginning of February that we could put them up two of them were fine one of them. There was no camera, the sticker with the serial number was removed, and inside the box were three small glass jars wrapped up nicely so that they wouldn’t break. I have been messaging with Customer Service, they were very quick to respond and finally replied with an update they will refund our money.Otherwise, we love eufy cameras betweeen multiple styles we have 10. Living out in the country gives piece of mind with flood lights and I get to check on my dogs while I’m at work. App has always worked when I needed it. Very happy with eufy cameras and customer service
