We loved the fireplace, our experience ws fantastic.

Great electric fireplace and looks quite realistic. It was the only one that fit our 25” wide fireplace stone opening. It gives the impression of a natural gas fireplace and the heating option is quite nice.. Shipping was quick however we had the surround get damaged but they shipped right away a replacement. Would definitely order from them again.

Great price and quick delivery. Unit was packaged well and worked great.

Great experience with Electric Fireplaces Direct from start to finish. The price was very competitive, the website was easy to use, and ordering was straightforward. Delivery was remarkably quick, and everything arrived as expected. What especially impressed me was the personal follow-up from the company after the purchase. It’s nice to deal with an online retailer that still provides that kind of customer service. Excellent price, easy ordering, fast delivery, and great follow-up. **Five stars and top marks all around. **
