This order was never received at 216 Friendly Lane. I contacted UPS Tracking and am told this order # 10114 was sent to 216 Friends Street, Pilot Mountain and then returned (this address doesn't exist). The address I gave for the order was 216 Friendly Lane, Pilot Mountain,NC. My account was debited on 11/8/17 at 9:09 for $149.95, the total cost of the binoculars. Please resend the same binoculars or a another pair of the same item. Prior UPS deliveries have been made to our 216 Friendly Lane in Pilot Mountain, so I know they should be able to delver this to the correct address. They were out of my binocular style so they sent me a better pair to make good on the warranty!!

My Zhumel binoculars had lens problems, double vision possibly from being dropped. Since they come with a 25 year warranty I called the number on the warranty sight. I had to pay for shipping there but within 2 weeks I had a beautiful new binoculars!

I needed to upgrade my Dobsonian telescope lens set and found a great lens kit that included a Barlow doubler, filters and a case for a reasonable price. Shipping was free and the delivery was fast.
