This was a replacement vest (the second one unfortunately) and I cannot tell you how fantastic the customer service has been throughout the faulty vests. Without getting into the full details, they responded fast, and did everything that I would have expected and more to solve the issue. This product is awesome and I am so glad that I am able to enjoy it again. Woojer 4 vest is incredible. . . almost as incredible as the customer service! Trust me when I say they will stand behind their product!

I absolutely love my Woojer Mat! It has calmed my nervous system and the aches and pains in my body. It’s helped me prepare for the loss of my mother. I even offer it as an upgrade at my Massage office. Appreciate you guys!
