VIOFO

I can’t recommend the VIOFO A119M Pro enough. This dash cam proved its value when my partner was involved in an accident and got rear-ended. She hit her head twice and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Because of the impact, she couldn’t remember the exact location of the accident or the details of what had happened. Thankfully, we had the VIOFO A119M Pro installed in our vehicle. Thanks to the footage, I was able to identify the exact location of the accident and establish that my partner was not at fault. It saved us a lot of stress and headaches when dealing with the insurance company. After the collision, the airbag powder spread throughout the vehicle, making the footage look a little hazy. However, this is understandable given the circumstances, and the camera footage was still incredibly valuable in helping us understand what happened. Unfortunately, although I was able to recover the dash cam and the SD card after the accident, I couldn’t remove the GPS module from the damaged vehicle, and the CPL filter was broken. This is where VIOFO’s customer service really impressed me. I contacted the company, and their response was very fast. They kindly sent me a replacement GPS module and CPL filter at no cost. I really appreciate how quickly they responded and how willing they were to help. This experience showed me that VIOFO offers more than just a good product. The dash cam provided valuable evidence when we needed it most, and the company backed up its product with excellent customer service. If you’re considering buying a dash cam, I highly recommend the VIOFO Dash Cams. You never know when you might need one, and having reliable footage can make a huge difference after an accident. I’m very happy with both the product and the support I received from VIOFO! I already own 3 of them!

I’ve bought three dashcams over the years from VIOFO and they have been great. Good customer service too!

I have an A229 and A119M in both of my cars across 2 years now. Both have been great functioning dash cams, always turn on and haven’t failed in high heats. They give you enough length on the cable to be able to tuck away pretty effectively. App is intuitive.
