Videopro were great and I certainly have no complaints at all about the customer service, both instore and also when I collected my new LG 55" TV from the warehouse - just a great pity that the LG TV purchased hasn't matched up to the great purchase experience in my dealings with Videopro! Let's just say that I will always contact Videopro in the future when I am considering purchasing new products, but this will be the last LG product that I will ever purchase. In the past, I have always considered LG as an option when making purchase decisions and performance and quality have never disappointed up until my latest and last purchase of an LG product.
