I ordered the wrong screen protector for my laptop and tablet (paper for laptop when I meant to get it for my tablet) The return process was simple and the instructions given easy to follow. The people involved were kind and eager to ensure the process happened quickly. As to the product their paper screen is amazing not just for art but for any task like excel or other eye strain heavy activities. It almost conpletely eliminates glare which makes it also nicer for outdoors use. I haven't used the screen protector for very long but since I'm always using screen protectors I can say comparatively the product is as good or better than others. They also have products for a larger variety (I use the asus z13 flow) that are hard to find elsewhere. Once my phone screen protector needs to be replaced I'm ordering the paper for that too.
