Urbanista AU

I have had issues with both my original pair and the warranty replacement. Warranty ist received 22.10.21. They do not pair effectively and also lose connection. I have used these across 4 different iPhones and my laptop and have had the same issues. Customer service has always been polite and courteous, but sadly I will not be purchasing anything from this Urbanista in the future.
