I cooked a recipe from Weber's Greatest Hits barbecue book, and the Meter ensured the beef was cooked perfectly. It was so popular with my guests that it was insisted that I repeat the meal a few weeks later, but with a bit more sauce! Again the Meter ensured the beef was cooked perfectly at medium rare. I would highly recommend the Meter, recipe and book.

The Meater wireless temperature probe is an excellent product and ensures that you never over or under cook meat. We use it regularly on our BBQ rotisserie where a wired probe cannot be used; highly recommended.
