In order to manage our HACCP with more ease we ordered several UbiBot WS1 WiFi Temperature Sensor. Except the fact that you need to calibrate at the start, which took some time, the installation went great, and we now have measure from all of our critical control point, we have alerts when it's off limits, and we can see via diagrams how it goes through the day. There is a lot more we can do, which we haven't been through, but as of now it has been a great help, standardzing our methods and controls.
