Shipping and service great. A few days ago, we had a bit of trouble with accessing cameras, replay, and playback but my son and I think Lorex servers were causing the problems. Next day all cameras were working again as expected. First time ever experiencing such a problem but may have been due to downtime required for server maintenance!
