Ordering online was easy and secure. Shipping was fast and their shipping partner delivered it as instructed. It was packaged very well and with recyclable materials. It comes standard with multiple installation options, which I appreciated. I had no issues getting it working once it was unboxed. The process was easier than expected and the instructions were well written. I had no reason to call or request any service, so can’t speak to that, which is what I prefer. The performance and advertised expectations of before and after changes to signal were accurate, if not understated, at least for my use case. I stated in another review of the product itself how poor my conditions are, being 5 miles from the nearest tower with no line of sight and trees/buildings between. The placement is also not optimal being only 3. 5 feet off the ground (the signal tested at the very first test installation location and position was significantly better, so I left it). I was lucky and didn’t have to relocate or reposition it to gain enough signal increase for my needs (ending up with 5 to 12 times more speed in both directions and much more stability). This had way more to do with product quality than my skill level in my opinion. All I had was the general direction of the closest tower to start. I did try repositioning the angles, but achieved the best signal where I started, without having to completely relocate or raise the unit. Quality products with well written instructions should need no further explanation, or require assistance in a standard installation. IMHO this should be the standard that all products and companies aspire to achieve. Nice work!!
