disappointed

i tried the case put by dropping my new phone with the case on 5ft from a stair case and it cracked the back corner, i love the rokform product just a bit disappointed. Still staying loyal too rokform though but just a bit sad thought it wouldve protected it.

Wireless charging not working

Just ordered a case from yall and love the way it feel and protects my phone but only thing I can’t work out is my wireless charging. I used a couple different ones here at home but with no luck. I have to take my phone out to charge at night. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or if it’s the case but can’t seem to get it to work.

Bad Experience

I’ve had ROKFORM cases on probably my past 5-6 phones (current one included) and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed with one. The magnet is significantly weaker than any previous cases and the wireless charging doesn’t work even though I’m using the Apple brand charger. Even the ROKFORM brand ring stand from my last case barely holds onto this one.
