I own a REL HT/1508 Predator bought in late 2022. Nearly four years in, the amplifier failed. I contacted REL support expecting the usual routine: quotes, delays, debates about coverage. None of that happened. REL replied quickly, sent clear step-by-step instructions to remove the amplifier module myself (including how to handle the 15-inch driver safely), and then shipped me a brand-new amplifier free of charge. It is rare to see a brand stand behind its products this way, years after the sale. The subwoofer was already excellent; the service behind it seals the deal. I recommend REL without hesitation, for the gear and for the people.

you answered my question promptly and told me the correct way to connect a REL TX7 to my quad artera amp this was great service . I have now purchased a TX7 from Audio T and they are going to install it on 27.10.2026.

I was a little skeptical about adding a subwoofer to my stereo system. I thought small room, floor standing speakers and adding a subwoofer if anything is a recipe for disaster. But I was still craving sometimes for that sub base that was missing in some musical arrangements, even though my speakers can go as low as 40 Hz in low frequencies. I decided to give it a try to REL t5/x subwoofer, company offers generous 60 day trial period, why not.. I picked one of the smaller subwoofers from their line just because of my smaller than average room size , I also liked that it fires down , I was afraid of the boominess from the walls . And guess what, I’m keeping it …I’m enjoying my music way more now , I can see improvement in any genre of music I play , vocals , lead instruments sound more solid in the soundstage, I can hear now sub base that was missing in some orchestral and jazz recordings. I can highly recommend to try REL subwoofer in any stereo system and if you take your time to set it up correctly, I’m almost positive you will like it . Thank you REL for a great product and service.
