Today is 11/5/18 I paid for a device on 10/7/18. My money was taken without issue yet here I sit in my corporate office nearly a month later without so much as a tracking number. In what world is that acceptable?

Perhaps the webpage, photographs, purchase confirmation email, receipt, and email confirmation of delivery were simply all mistaken in indicating this is a “Motorola” antenna (which was, based on those representations, exactly what we wanted to purchase) - but - that is not what was delivered. We received a Laird antenna. We called customer service and left a message but now 8 days later have yet to receive a return phone call. Am not sure what to make of all this, at this point, but recommend real caution in making purchases.

I have tried 3 times to get a response about a return / refund and haven't gotten a response
