I ordered an earpiece not realizing there are multiple blue tooth’s and it wasn’t compatible. I sent a email to try to get it resolved and still haven’t received a response.

Lead time not disclosed

Two days after my order, the order status was changed to at least 3 months out. I was not told. I've been waiting for delivery and went back to check and found that the delivery date was change MAYBE July. Why did I not get the common courtesy of a phone call or an email?

Poor business practices. Do not recommend.

Never received order confirmation email. Item indicated to be “in stock” was not actually in stock. Nevertheless, my credit card was still charged immediately upon checkout.
